Amid controversy, James Yap flies to US

LOS ANGELES, California – James Yap, the estranged husband of Kris Aquino, has arrived here for a much needed break.
Yap, PBA Fiesta Conference Most Valuable Player, and his companions arrived at Los Angeles International Airport Sunday night.Yap’s group was picked up by a rental car shuttle at the airport.
The basketball player said he will spend the next 2 weeks in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
He said he plans to relax during this trip. The only specific destination he mentioned was Universal Studios.
