Kris, James face off in court

MANILA, Philippines – After almost two months of not seeing each other, estranged couple James Yap and Kris Aquino met again on Friday afternoon at a hearing at the Makati Regional Trial Court.
The two parties will try to iron out details of Yap’s visitation rights over their child.
The hearing comes after Yap filed a formal motion to push for his visitation rights over his son, Baby James.
Kris Aquino was accompanied by her three sisters, Ballsy Cruz, Pinky Abelleda, and Viel Dee, and her lawyers from Marcos Ochoa Serapio and Tan law offices.
Star cager Yap was with his lawyer, Atty. Lorna Kapunan, who revealed that her client was really nervous.
In a recent interview, Kapunan said she is confident her client will get the visitation rights they are requesting, prior to Yap’s departure for the United States this week.
“I’m nice, but I can be not nice. We’ll have to resort to more drastic legal measures,” Kapunan said.
