With Ruffa Gutierrez’ controversial walkout issue on The Buzz yesterday bombarding today’s headlines, Kris Aquino once and for all stands up to publicly make amends. Aside from releasing an official statement yesterday, Kris also braved an interview with Showbiz News Ngayon to humbly extend her sincerest apology for Ruffa and her whole family in line with whatever trouble her supposed friendly banter with her had caused them. She made it clear that she didn’t intend to hurt Ruffa’s feelings in anyway. In fact, she even said that she actually delivered her piece with much affection to simply express how much she would miss Ruffa now that she has to move to another television network.

Last Sunday, every one was talking about showbiz oriented talk show The Buzz when Ruffa Gutierrez just got up and left in the middle of her last episode for the show. The actress-host was apparently offended with her co-host Kris Aquino’s comments regarding her transfer to another network. It was obvious that Ruffa was affected when Kris said, “Ruffa aminin mo ibang level ang saya dito!” to which she replied, “Well, I know you don’t have to rub it in, Kris. Sad din, you know sana wag mo naman dagdagan.” After that gap, Ruffa did not return to the live show.

Ruffa Gutierrez was all teary-eyed when she walked off the set of The Buzz’s episode last Sunday. Ruffa, who is transferring to TV5, was bidding the show good-bye that day and was a bit sensitive towards her co-host Kris Aquino’s comments regarding this.

Matapos ang aksidenteng natamo ni Kris Aquino noong nakaraang linggo ay ibinalitang bibitiwan muna ng Queen of all Media ang Showbiz News Ngayon o SNN hanggang sa matapos ang eleksyon. Isa umano sa mga na-realize ni Kris sa pagkakabagok ng kanyang ulo habang nagsa-shower ay ang pag-iingat sa kalusugan. “So now na-realize ko life needs a balance. It’s not like kumonti ang work ko it’s just na inaalay ko sa pamilya ko kasi kailangan ako ng pamilya ngayon.” Apat ngayon ang shows ni Kris at araw-araw siyang nagtatrabaho. “Kulang na kulang talaga ang pahinga,” kuwento ng actress-host. Bukod sa SNN, host din si Kris sa The Buzz, judge sa Pilipinas Got Talent at kasama sa cast ng teleseryeng Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo.

In spite of doubts that she could not do justice to the role, Bangs Garcia accepted to do the upcoming afternoon drama series, Magkano Ang Iyong Dangal for fear of losing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. “Tingin ko nga po sabi nila hilaw pa ako and I really think madami pa akong dapat matutunan as an actress,” she explained yesterday on The Buzz. “But then I realized the opportunity, and matagal ko na po itong pinangarap. I just promised myself that I will really try my best para hindi ko po ma-disappoint sina Ma’m Charo (Santos Concio, ABS-CBN president) Ms. Mariole (Alberto, Star Magic Head), Mr. M. (Johnny Manahan, Star Magic founder) and Direk Chito Roño.”
